Climbing Borah Peak |
 At 5:12 am, Eric (left), Jeff (right) and I made our way to the Borah Peak trailhead. It's at 7,450 feet / 2,271 metres above sea-level. The summit of the mountain is 12,662 feet / 3,859 metres, and the distance from the trailhead to the summit is only just over three miles (i.e., five kilometers or so), which gives an indication just how steep the Borah climb is. |
