 As we neared the top of the escarpment, the mist began to clear, and I took this photograph of André le Roux carrying his guitar and pausing to admire the changing landscape. André was a close friend of Dave Dodds, and the two men frequently climbed together. I was privileged to climb with André and Dave on three occasions. |
