Ebright Azimuth, Delaware

To get from Trenton, New Jersey, to Ebright Azimuth, Delaware, I drove over the Delaware river and into Pennsylvania, and then headed south-west down the I-95 US interstate highway into Delaware. I left the I-95 at Exit 8, and drove north on US highway 202 for just over four miles / six kilometres, before turning right (i.e., east) onto Delaware state road 92. Then, after little more than a mile / 1.6 kilometres on SR-92, I turned left into Ebright Road and drove north on it for 0.6 miles / 1.0 kilometres to reach Delaware’s highpoint. Note the distinctive shape of Delaware’s northern boundary with Pennsylvania: it’s an arc – part of a “Circle of 12 Miles” – that is unique in America and also very unusual internationally.
