The Heaphy Track |
 As we walked along the low-lying coastal plain between the Lewis and Heaphy huts, we encountered very different species of vegetation from those we’d seen during our first three-and-a-half days on the track. As this picture shows, we were now seeing flax (which is in the foreground) and cabbage trees (in the background). |
