The Larapinta Trail, 2023 |
 Day 1 (Friday, 28 April 2023) – The Ormiston Pound Walk: The fact that the water was supposedly cold was not a problem. What the information signs could have said, though, was that the creek was fairly deep and the rocks in it were slippery. As this picture (which I took with my small waterproof camera) shows, several of us – including me, Ella (who’s facing me up to her chest in water), and the other trekking party’s guide – got quite wet! |
