Climbing Mauna Kea |
 Mauna Kea was the 10th US state highpoint that Eric has climbed. All ten have been in the western states, nine of them in the contiguous 48 states and the tenth was, of course, Hawaii – the western-most of all the states. I have been exceptionally fortunate in having Eric accompany me on five separate trips to the United States – in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2014. |
