 My first full day in Zurich – 1 August 2004 – was not only a Sunday, but it was also Switzerland’s national day (chosen because the Federal Charter of 1291 was dated “at the beginning of the month of August”). As a result, it wasn’t really too surprising to see these alpenhorn players in the middle of a large city. |
