Offa's Dyke Path


Day 1 (Wednesday, 16 September 2015) – Chepstow to Lower Redbrook (15.5 miles / 24 kilometres):
In order to leave Chepstow we had to walk across this attractive iron bridge that spans the River Wye. The bridge was built in 1816 by John Rennie, a Scottish engineer who also designed Waterloo Bridge in London, as well as the Kennet and Avon Canal.
