Offa's Dyke Path |
 Day 5 (Sunday, 20 September 2015) – Longtown to Hay-on-Wye (14 miles / 22.5 kilometres): Heather starts to head down off the Black Mountains. In the middle of the picture, wearing an orange coat and sitting at the junction where the Offa’s Dyke Path veers off to the right, is an Austrian photographer, Marcus Haid. We did not know it at the time, but we would see him on many other occasions during our hike along the Offa’s Dyke Path. |
