 Day 6 (Monday, 21 September 2015) – Hay-on-Wye to Kington (14.5 miles / 23 kilometres): We had to make way for this herd of horses that suddenly – out of the blue (or, rather, green) – came galloping towards us. Map 57 in Keith Carter and Henry Stedman’s Offa’s Dyke Path was certainly correct: it says “wild ponies here”. |
