 Day 7 (Tuesday, 22 September 2015) – Kington to Knighton (13.5 miles / 22 kilometres): Our day began with an early-morning trip to the local laundrette – which brought to mind my late father-in-law’s statement that travelling had three “L-troubles”: lucre (a problem largely eliminated by credit cards and ATMs), lavatories, and laundry. |
