Day 7 (Tuesday, 22 September 2015) – Kington to Knighton (13.5 miles / 22 kilometres):
For the first time since Day 1 of our walk, we were back on Offa’s Dyke – in fact, the latest archaeology suggests that we may even have been on Offa’s Dyke for the first time, because it’s possible that the earthworks and dykes we encountered in Gloucestershire during our first day’s walk may not have been built under the command of King Offa.
