Offa's Dyke Path


Day 8 (Wednesday, 23 September 2015) – Knighton to Drewin Farm (15 miles / 24 kilometres):
Trip notes provided by NorthWestWalks had alerted us to that fact that Day 8 was likely to be the most “strenuous” section of the entire 15-day walk. When we stopped for lunch on a stile at the top of a hill, we both felt that, so far, the walk hadn’t been hard. We were soon to discover, however, that the day would prove to be a “game of two halves.”
