Day 10 (Friday, 25 September 2015) – Buttington to Llanmynech (11.5 miles / 18.5 kilometres):
A photograph by Bob of me walking on the tow-path alongside the Montgomery Canal. I’m wearing gaiters because two Australians we met on Day 5 while we were walking across the Black Mountains told us that the trail was especially muddy near a town called Four Crosses, and we were heading there on Day 10. However, we encountered almost no mud – and, what is more, we had no rain whatsoever during our final week walking the Offa’s Dyke Path. Bliss!
