 Day 1 (Wednesday, 27 September 2017) – Porto (Matosinhos) to Vila do Conde (18.9 kilometres / 11.7 miles): We reached the Hotel Brazão at 5:05 pm – our first day’s walk had taken us just over seven-and-a-half hours. We checked in at the hotel, and washed ourselves and our clothes before setting off to search for somewhere to eat. |
