Portuguese Caminos de Santiago |
 Day 2 (Thursday, 28 September 2017) – Vila do Conde to Arcos (9.8 kilometres / 6.1 miles): For the vast bulk of our second day’s walk, we were not on an official Camino route, but were heading inland in order to get from the Caminho Português da Costa to the Caminho Português Central. As a result, we sometimes had to walk on some fairly dangerous roads. In this instance, though, the car coming towards us gave us a wide berth. |
