Portuguese Caminos de Santiago |
 Day 8 (Wednesday, 4 October 2017) – Valença to Porriño (21.7 kilometres / 13.5 miles): As we walked up the hill towards the centre of Tui, we passed this waymarker. It was a foretaste of things to come: all the official Spanish waymarkers on the Camiño Portugués showed exactly how far we had to go to reach the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela. This waymarker told us that we still had to walk 115.454 kilometres in order to reach our goal. |
