The Rakiura Track |
 As this annotated Department of Conservation map shows, the Rakiura Track is a loop walk. Jiff, Heather and I did it anti-clockwise: we set out from Oban on 19 January 2012, and walked along the Horseshoe Bay and Lee Bay roads to the start of the track. We then made our way to Port William Hut, where we spent the night. On 20 January, we hiked from Port William Hut to North Arm Hut; and the following day we completed the walk by hiking back to Oban. |
