Taken from Wheeler Peak’s main ridge line, this is a two-shot panoramic picture looking south-east towards Simpson Peak. Wheeler and Simpson Peaks are part of the magnificently named Sangre de Cristo – Blood of Christ – mountains, a range that extends from southern Colorado into northern New Mexico.
