Climbing Mt Zeil |
 Zeal on Zeil: on the northern side of Mt Zeil, there’s a small summit plateau, so – in keeping with a tradition dating back to July 2009 – Eric sprinted to the top of the mountain. Eric’s best marathon time was only a little over two-and-a-half hours, and as a runner he’s still got both style and speed! He and I reached the summit at 11:40 am – exactly five hours after we set out from our campsite on the plains below. |
