Britton Hill, Florida |
 After more than half-an-hour at Lakewood Park, I concluded my visit to the Florida state highpoint by sitting down at one of the park’s covered picnic tables and toasting my successful “ascent” of Britton Hill with a cup of thermos coffee. Then, at 2:15 pm, it was time to hit the road again and continue my exploration of some of America’s southern states. (This is the last picture in this album.) |
