 Day 3 (Saturday, 6 September 2025) – Cuas (An Chlais) to Cloghane (An Clochan): The owners of the Mount Brandon Lodge were Breda and Garrett Fitzgerald, and as a political scientist I couldn’t help but recall that there’d also been a debonair and widely respected Irish Minister of Foreign Affairs who later became Prime Minister (Taoiseach) called Garret Fitzgerald. |
