 Day 19 (3 October 1969) – COPENHAGEN: After our hour-long tour of the Carlsberg brewery, we were treated to free drinks for half-an-hour. I wrote disapprovingly in my diary that “Charlie – thankfully not at our table – put six beers away” and he then decided to go to the Tuborg brewery for its afternoon tour! |
