 Day 25 (9 October 1969) – WEST BERLIN: … to quote my diary, “After a brave try to get permission to photograph the inside of the new [portion of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church], I had to buy a slide of the altar and blue stained glass.” I’ve included a digitised version of it in this web-album because, interestingly, it has stood the test of time far better than the transparencies I took in 1969. |
