 Tuesday, 29 October 1991 – From Namche Bazar to Lukla: While we were trekking from Jiri to Namche Bazar, we’d by-passed Lukla, but an advertisement for the Hotel Sagarmatha that I’d seen along the trail had nonetheless caught my eye, because it was lauding the hotel's “Specious Campsite”. |
