The Milford Track |
 The vast bulk of the other 38 “freedom walkers” on the Milford Track with David and me were employees of the Kathmandu clothing and outdoor equipment company. Shortly after we started walking on Friday morning, 5 April, David took this photograph of me together with Jan Cameron (left) and Bernard Wicht (centre). They were the owners of the Kathmandu company, and they’d treated generously their staff to a Milford Track holiday. |
