Offa's Dyke Path |
 Day 8 (Wednesday, 23 September 2015) – Knighton to Drewin Farm (15 miles / 24 kilometres): Unfortunately, the Offa’s Dyke Centre turned out to be an unhelpful “tourist information centre”, because it wasn’t even scheduled to open until 10 o’clock. In view of the fact that we had our longest day’s walk ahead of us, we weren’t prepared to hang around and wait for more than an hour for the centre to open, so – sadly – we saw nothing of it other than the exterior walls. |
