The view from the top of Conical Hill is one of the most stunning 360-degree panoramas I have ever been privileged to see. As a result, I took a series of photographs while I was on the summit and I’ve stitched some of them together to create three panoramic photostitches. The first (created by stitching three photographs together) looks across the Hollyford Valley towards the Darran mountains. Mt Tutoko is the prominent peak about a fifth of the way in from the right-hand edge of the picture, while Martins Bay and the Tasman Sea are just visible in the notch near the right-hand edge of the photograph. |
