 In the early evening, we I returned to the airport to collect the hire car that Eric and I had booked, and at 6:10 pm Eric and I left Canberra. Mt Bimberi is on the western edge of the Australian Capital Territory, and – as a result – in order to get within striking distance of the mountain, we first headed due south to Cooma and then drove north-west to Adaminaby. |
