 Mt Bartle Frere is visible from Mirriwinni. However, the mountain is covered by cloud for roughly four out of every five days, and this was the view of Mt Bartle Frere that greeted us on Sunday, 28 August 2001, when we looked across Mirriwinni's sugar-cane fields towards the mountain. |
