 Eric entering the basin below Boundary Peak’s north ridge, which can be seen on the right-hand skyline. To the right of Eric’s hat and ski-pole is a small tree, to the right of which is a large boulder, and immediately to the right of the boulder are two small dots – namely, the two climbers who had left their white car at the trailhead and who’d filled in the intentions’ register immediately above our entry in it. |
