Climbing Boundary Peak, Nevada

On 15 July 2012, Eric Hodge, Bob Slyker, Peggy Wall and I set out to climb Boundary Peak, which at 13,143 feet / 4,006 metres above sea-level is the highest mountain in Nevada. Although Bob and Peggy stopped shortly after the reaching the 12,100-foot / 3,688-metre north ridge of the mountain, Eric and I made it to the summit. It was the eighth US state highpoint that Eric had climbed, and my twelfth.
