Climbing Boundary Peak |
 At 5:10 pm, while we were still on the Trail Canyon road, I took a final photo of Montgomery Peak, California (on the left) and of Boundary Peak, Nevada (on the right). Boundary Peak was the third US state highpoint that Eric and I had climbed in a period of just eight days. Only once before had we climbed three highpoints on one trip (that was in Australia in January 2010). On this trip, however, we were going to attempt four highpoints, so there wasn't much time to rest. We had one more mountain to climb ... (This is the last picture in this album.) |
