Brasstown Bald, Georgia |
 I couldn’t find a USGS summit marker anywhere near the top of Brasstown Bald, so I took this photo instead. Not surprisingly, of course, it doesn’t show that the summit of Brasstown Bald is 4,784 feet / 1,458 metres above sea-level, and that the mountain is the 25th highest of the USA’s fifty state highpoints. |
