 Day 16 (Saturday, 9 October 2010) – El Ganso to Acebo (23.2 kms): After climbing up to Collado de las Antenas (which at 1,515 metres above sea-level is the highest point on the Camino de Santiago), we started making our way downhill, heading for Acebo. We were overtaken by this pair of happily free-wheeling Dutch cyclists who’d pedalled all the way from the Netherlands. |
