 Two more Appalachian Trail “through hikers”: “Silver Fox”, on the left, was from Germany, while “Gus” was from Virginia. They’d met at the University of Alaska in Anchorage, and had started hiking the Appalachian Trail in Maine on 2 July. They estimated they’d finish hiking the trail ten days after I met them. |
