 On 21 June, I flew to San Diego in order to work with Robert Pekkanen from the University of Washington (left), and Ellis Krauss (centre) and Kuni Nemoto (right) from the University of California, San Diego. Together we analysed changes in the composition of cabinets caused by changes to the electoral system in New Zealand. |
