 A panorama – “stitched” together from three photographs that I took during our first afternoon at Kelman Hut – of the view looking north from the hut. From left to right, the most prominent peaks are Hochstetter Dome’s eastern peak (2,827 metres / 9,275 feet), Mt Aylmer (2,699 metres / 8,855 feet), Graceful Peak (2,457 metres / 8,061 feet), Brodrick Peak (2,669 metres / 8,757 feet), and (in the distance, near the right-hand edge of the picture) Mt D’Archiac (2,875 metres / 9,432 feet). |
