Climbing Humphreys Peak

I’ve included this photograph not really to show the hills in the distance (including Fern Mountain near the right-hand edge of the picture), but primarily to show one of the flies that plagued us at the summit of Humphreys Peak. Dogs and hikers have used the rock walls that have been built up around the summit to form a wind break as a toilet. It was disgusting; a clean-up campaign is long overdue.
