An attempt on Lobuje East, 1991 |
 Tuesday, 22 October 1991 – Based at our Lobuje East base camp: In the late afternoon, after the sun had disappeared behind the mountains to our west, our sunny base camp site quickly became quite cold, and most of us huddled round a small yak-dung fire for warmth.
