 This picture shows just how close parts of the Clinton Forks Hut were to the banks of the Clinton river. Utterly unsurprisingly, the Clinton Forks Hut was removed in 1997 after the river threatened to wash it away, and a new hut (which is really a series of three huts) called the Clinton Hut was built to accommodate “freedom walkers” on the Milford Track. |
