 After leaving Vermont and entering New York, we initially drove north on New York state route 22. At Ticonderoga, we turned left and headed west on New York state route 74 prior to driving north on US federal interstate highway 87. We left the I-87 at junction 30, and drove north-west to Lake Placid on New York state route 73. |
