Climbing Snowdon / Yr Wyddfa

Heather and I decided we would follow the Miners’ Track up Snowdon, and this photograph of an illustrated route map that was displayed near Pen-y-Pass shows both the Miners’ Track and (above it) the Pyg Track. The Miners’ Track begins more gently than the Pyg Track, though both routes obviously climb the same vertical height (723 metres / 2,372 feet) and are roughly the same length (namely, 13 kilometres / 8 miles there and back).
