Climbing White Butte |
 We got back to the car at 12:30 pm – just under an hour after leaving the summit of White Butte. On our way up the butte, John said he wasn’t sure whether he’d locked the car before we set out for the summit, but we decided there was little chance of anyone breaking into the car, so we carried on regardless. In this photograph, John’s finding out whether or not he’d locked the car: he had locked it! |
