 Day 33 (17 October 1969) – MONDSEE: Heading round the Mondsee lake just after 8 o’clock in the morning, at the start of our day-long drive to Prague, we spotted a fisherman in what looked like a primitive dugout canoe. With the mist and the mountains behind him, I thought it would make a nice photograph, but sadly this digital copy of my slide that I took doesn’t really do the scene justice (not least because nor too did the slide). |
