 Self at the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro, and Roger’s kneeling down signing the summit register. I was thrilled to reach the top of the mountain 26 years after I had first attempted to climb it. I shed tears of joy and relief. As a 41-year-old, I was undoubtedly fitter than I had been when I was 15, and – even more importantly – I definitely had more will power. |
