 The Maloti Drakensberg Park is one of the 1,121 World Heritage Sites. It is a transnational site, because it spans the border between South Africa and Lesotho; it is also a mixed site – given heritage status for both natural and cultural reasons, including its “wealth of rock paintings”. |
