Climbing Mafadi, the highest mountain
in South Africa

In September 2019, I spent just under four weeks in South Africa, primarily to see my youngest brother, Charlie, who was then living in Johannesburg. While I was in South Africa, though, I also visited friends and a variety of places – including going to the Drakensberg to climb Mafadi (3,450 metres / 11,319 feet), the highest mountain in South Africa.
