The Routeburn Track |
 We reached The Divide – the end of the Routeburn Track – at 3:45 pm on Wednesday, 1 January 1997. The Divide is on State Highway 94, which is the road between Milford Sound and Te Anau. At 532 metres / 1,745 feet above sea-level, The Divide is the lowest crossing of the Southern Alps. |
