 Dawn – United States of America: Heather and I lived in a small house in St Paul, Minnesota, during the last ten weeks of 2006. There was a tiny crack in one of the windows in our bedroom, and when we woke up on 4 December 2006, after an extremely cold night, the inside of the window was covered with tiny ice crystals resembling barbed wire and honey-comb. This photograph was published a few days later in Minneapolis Star-Tribune. |
